How does the 10 day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 10 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.

What happens to my 10 day trial if I upgrade?

Your free trial still applies. Contact us after you upgrade during your trial and we will extend your trial period!

How do I cancel or update my account?

Simply sign in to Feedjit and don't worry if you've forgotten your password - we have a very friendly password recovery system. Click "Your Account" on the top right of the page and you can access your billing info, billing history, you can modify your personal information, upgrade or cancel your account.

Is this a long term contract?

You can cancel at any time and you will never be billed by us again. See below for instructions on how to do this. At Feedjit we give you complete freedom to come and go as you please. If you do cancel, we'll even keep logging your data for a time in case you change your mind.

Do you charge me per website?

You can have an unlimited number of websites with Feedjit Advanced or Pro. We do limit you to 1 million page views per month, but it's a soft-limit and we will contact you if your websites exceed this limit.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We have our own merchant account and we issue refunds or credits promptly.
